For people who've watched the YouTube channel, read the newsletter, or come across the Inner Circle and have a real question they'd like a real answer to. No pitch, no upsell, no pressure. Just a conversation about where you are and what makes sense next.
The discovery call is for people who already know they want to start or grow a cleaning business and have a question that the public content hasn't answered. Bring the question. Vic will give the most useful answer she has, even if that answer is "this is the wrong service for what you're describing."
You've read the page, you're 70% sure it's a fit, and you want a real human to answer the last 30%. This call gets you to a yes or a no with confidence.
The 1:1 calls are $250 an hour, focused on hiring with Vic or branding and SEO with Jen. The discovery call is the no-cost version of "is this the right fit, and which one of us should you talk to."
A pricing decision, a hiring call, a marketing channel that isn't working, a market question. Bring it. We've probably seen a version of it inside the Inner Circle in the last six months.
The ebook, the Inner Circle, the YouTube channel, a 1:1, the digital products. They all do different things. The discovery call is the fastest way to figure out which one matches where you are.
Choose any 30-minute slot that works. There's a short intake form on Calendly so Vic can prep for the call. After that you'll get a confirmation email with the Zoom link.

30 minutes. We start on time and end on time.
Yes, the discovery call is free. The paid 1:1 calls are $250 an hour and are booked separately through stan.store/CleaningCompanyBlueprint. The discovery call exists so you can decide if a paid call, the Inner Circle, or something else is the right fit before spending money.
Vic. All discovery calls are 1:1 with Vic. If your question is specifically about branding, websites, or SEO (Jen's wheelhouse), Vic will route you to Jen for a paid 1:1 if it makes sense after the discovery call.
A few short questions about your situation so Vic can prep before the call: where you are with your business, what you're hoping to figure out, what your goals look like, and what's been holding you back. The form takes about three minutes. It's there so the 30 minutes on Zoom go straight to the useful conversation instead of the catch-up.
Show up with the actual question on your mind. If you have specific numbers about your business (revenue, hours, current clients), have those handy. If you don't, that's fine too.
If something we offer is the right fit, we'll point you to it. If something else is the right fit, we'll tell you that instead. There's no automated email sequence, no high-pressure follow-up. We treat these calls as the kind of conversation we'd have with someone who reached out for help, not as a sales funnel.
Yes. The confirmation email has a reschedule and a cancel link. Use them anytime. Just please don't no-show, since the slots fill up and someone else could have used it.
30 minutes. No charge. Whatever question you've been sitting on, this is the room to bring it to.
