# What actually grows your cleaning business...

We're breaking it down live on March 23rd.

Last week I walked through the four stages of a cleaning business , from $0 all the way through $50K+/month. If you missed that email, it's worth going back to. Once you know what stage you’re in, you’ll know what to focus your energy on.

That's what our live zoom call on March 23rd is all about.

After 90 minutes on Zoom with us, you'll walk away with three things.

1. Your stage, confirmed.

We'll walk through the four stages together at the top. You'll know exactly where you are, what's normal at that stage, and what the people ahead of you were focused on when they were where you are now.

2. Your 90-day focus.

Every stage has a different priority. In the Leap ($0-$10K/month), it's your first bookings and first hires, figuring it out as you go. In the Engine ($10K-$25K/month), it's systems and fine-tuning the things you couldn't have known until you were through the Leap. In the Boring Phase ($25K-$50K/month), it's staying in your lane and shifting your focus toward recurring clients so your revenue becomes steady and predictable. In the Other Side ($50K+/month), it's enjoying the time freedom you've earned and getting out of your own way.

We'll walk through what to focus on at each stage and what to stop spending time & wasted money on. You'll leave with a clear

90-day plan , knowing exactly where to put your energy and what to avoid at all costs.

3. A mentor who remembers what your stage felt like.

After the main session, you'll move into a small breakout room with owners at your exact revenue level and one mentor from the stage above you. Someone who came through your stage recently enough that they remember the specific problems you're sitting with right now.

Isaac & Jenna from Columbus, Ohio hit $63K in a single month in their first year running their cleaning company full-time. When I asked what advice Isaac would give to someone just starting out, the first thing he said was: " Find other people doing the same. Find a community of like-minded individuals. "

He's direct about what going it alone actually costs: " I could have made that mistake and learned that lesson on my own. But I had someone there literally telling me how to do it. " He figures reaching the numbers he hit probably would have taken him twice as long without our guidance. His wife Jenna, who left a career as a physician assistant to go all-in on the business with him, put it plainly: " You don't have to do it alone. You're not doing anything for the first time. "

That's the difference between trying to figure it out alone and being in a room with people who've already figured out the thing you're stuck on.

Sandra from Maid Knows Best in North Carolina put it this way: " Success leaves clues. Reaching out to people within our community, how did you do this, what did you do here. The people that are the most successful in our community do exactly that. "

And during Tommy's hot seat call, someone in the audience admitted they'd signed up a year ago and still hadn't launched. They were embarrassed. Another person jumped in immediately and said they were in the exact same boat, that it took them six months from signing up to launching. Hearing that someone else was in the same boat was the thing that helped both of them move forward.

The person one stage ahead of you can see your blind spots in five minutes because they just came through them. That's why the breakout rooms are structured the way they are: someone who was at your exact revenue number not that long ago, telling you what they wish someone had told them when they were there.

The format:

Cameras on. The main session will be recorded and sent to everyone afterwards, so if you're in a different time zone and can't make it live, you'll still get the content. The breakout rooms will not be recorded. That's intentional. That's where the real connection happens, and we want people to speak freely.

March 23rd, 4:00-5:30 PM PDT.

After the workshop, Jen and I are opening something we've been building for a while. More on that soon.

P.S. I'm curious what stage you’re in with your own business. Have you launched or are you still researching? If you’ve launched, have you passed the $10K/month mark yet? $25K/month? $50K/Month? We did $90K last August, and we’re at about $57k/month right now, but I sure remember those $2K beginner months well!
