The Inner Circle is a weekly Zoom accountability community for owners building cleaning businesses at every stage, from pre-launch to past six figures. Vic and Jen run it. Seven mentors sit in the room. Forty-seven founding members are already building alongside each other. The Inner Circle is waitlist only right now, and we open for new members in small groups.
Subscribe to the weekly newsletter and you will hear first when we open for new members. When doors open, the new-member rate is $57/month, and you can cancel anytime.
Vic and Jen built Oak Bay Clean to $2.8M in five years during the pandemic, after stumbling across a free Twitter course by Rohan Gilkes. A year later, Kevin from ConvertLabs and Rohan asked them to share what they'd learned on YouTube. The 21 Days to Launch series went up free as a way to pay it forward.
The more they shared, the clearer it got that their version of the model ran differently than the loud playbook most cleaning business coaches teach. Cleaners first, organic leads, SEO, and clients who respect the people doing the work.
The Inner Circle is the room where that approach lives.
When you join, you're placed in your phase. Every phase has owners at the same stage, and a mentor one stage ahead. Everyone's in the full room for the weekly call, and in your phase group for the work that's specific to where you are.
Pre-launch or newly launched. You're setting prices, picking tools, chasing your first recurring client. The wall here is analysis paralysis.
The model is proven. You're exhausted from doing everything yourself. The wall is tuning the engine: fixing the systems so you spend your time on what actually matters.
It's working and it's steady. The wall here is boredom disguised as ambition, and the instinct to reinvent a wheel that's already rolling.
You built this to buy back your time and your money. You have both. The wall is choosing what's next. Scale to $100K a month? Sell the company? Run it in under an hour a day and actually live the freedom? This phase is about what comes next when you finally have the time and the money to decide.
Vic and Jen also mentor every phase. Every member has access to both in the full weekly room.
Same room, same people every week. Members across Canada, the US, UK, Australia, and South Africa.
One topic per month: Leads, Hiring, SEO, and so on. Worksheets, guest experts, and member case studies focused on that theme.
Once a month, one member sits in the chair and Vic interviews them about their business. Everyone else watches and asks.
Monthly sessions with specialists on SEO, ads, hiring, bookkeeping, and operations who actually work with cleaning companies.
First week of every quarter: three goals and the one metric that tells you if you're on track.
Members submit questions in advance and the mentors answer the ones that help the most people in the room.
Searchable library of every Hot Seat, guest session, and worksheet, plus a member directory.
Every mentor runs a real cleaning business. They took the same playbook Vic and Jen hand you and built companies with it, and they show up every week to be honest about what worked, what didn't, and what they'd do differently.

Nakita built her cleaning business from the front seat of her car. She works in some of the most secure buildings in the country, where cellphones aren't allowed inside, so her business runs on her breaks. She hit $10K/month in her first year, then drifted off course when her day job ate her time. Joining the Inner Circle pulled her back to the simple model. Now she mentors The Leap with the kind of pay-it-forward energy that lights up a Wednesday call. Ask her how to find clients for free without burning out.

Adam used to sell cars and boats. He met Ash at a poker game, and now they run Wexford Cleaning together in Pittsburgh. Most days you'll find Adam fishing, on the golf course, or at the poker table. He was done making other people rich. Now he builds on his own terms while making a real impact in his community. Adam mentors The Leap because he's the person to ask about the customer call: how to stay in control of the conversation, help the right clients say yes, and politely move the wrong ones along.

Ash ran a restaurant in Dubai before moving back to the USA and starting Cincy Maids in Cincinnati with Adam. The two met at a poker game. Ash mentors The Leap and is the room's resident AI explorer. He's deep in the world of AI tools for managing the financials of a cleaning business, and he tests everything inside his own company before bringing it to the Inner Circle. Members get the benefit of his deep dive without doing the digging themselves.

Lola runs Yaletown Clean in Vancouver. She mentors The Engine, the stage where the model is proven but the owner is still doing too much alone, and the work is tuning the systems so the business runs without you at the center of every job.

Cecilia runs Rosie Cleans across two locations in New Jersey and Alabama, generating over $50,000 a month. She mentors The Boring Phase, where everything is working and the biggest threat is the entrepreneurial instinct to reinvent things that are already running. Her husband Blake joined her on the Hot Seat and they break down the two-location model together, including how they decided when to expand and what the second location looked like in month one. She's the mentor for owners whose business is steady, who want to keep it that way without losing momentum.

Vic co-founded Oak Bay Clean in 2021 with her sister Jen and helped scale it to $2.8M in five years. She was a school teacher first, then a movie producer. She mentors every phase in the room, with hiring as her ten-thousand-hour specialty. If you're scared to make your first hire, or your tenth, she's the person to ask. She's currently working on a personal challenge of one thousand rejections in a year by applying to film funds, speaking gigs, and podcasts that stretch her well past her comfort zone, which is exactly the energy she brings to a Wednesday call.

Jen co-founded Oak Bay Clean alongside Vic. She's a writer and director with a movie streaming on Netflix, and a single mom of three kids who are growing up far too fast. She mentors every phase in the room, bringing the strategic and creative lens she's carried from a career in writing and film. Building Oak Bay Clean is what bought her the freedom to write movies full time and never worry again about paying the bills. These days, when she's not writing or with her kids, she's learning to fly fish and golf.
Founding members chose Support, Growth, and Accountability as their top three words for why they joined. And again and again the fourth word that keeps coming up is Value. Here's what those words sound like in their actual voices.

"After a slow February and March, we have surpassed $10K in revenue and are closing in on my initial goal of $15K a month."Kristen Keith, Effortless Home Services. From The Leap into The Engine in her first four weeks inside the Inner Circle.
"This is absolute GOLD. I'm so glad to have you in my life."Maegan Griffin, Griffin Pro Clean. On the weekly newsletter, April 12, 2026.
"I still can't believe I'm here and learning all of this valuable info for ONLY $47! Someone pinch me."Maegan Griffin, Griffin Pro Clean. Inner Circle founding member.
The Inner Circle is waitlist only right now. We open for new members in small groups so everyone lands in the right phase with the right mentor. Our 47 founding members locked in $47/month for as long as they stay, as a thank-you for being early. When we open again, the new-member rate is $57/month. Either way: one flat monthly rate, no upsells, no tiers, no add-ons. You're in the room, you get everything.
The Inner Circle is for people doing the work, treating their cleaners like the heart of the business, and curious enough to keep changing their minds in public. The room runs on curiosity, care, and the long view.
If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.
