When you join the Inner Circle , you're joining a room that already has people in it who have been exactly where you are.
We have hand-selected each mentor, as they bring their unique perspectives and experiences to help you on your own entrepreneurial journey. I wanted to take a minute to introduce you to each of the mentors.
Cecelia left a career in fashion and built her NJ cleaning company from scratch, tracking everything on a spreadsheet before she found a proper system. Then she moved to Alabama to live on a cattle ranch with her husband Blake, and started a second cleaning company there. Her NJ business is on The Other Side ($50K+/month). Alabama is in The Engine ($10K-$25K/month). She mentors The Boring Phase ($25K-$50K/month). Watch Cecelia and Blake's hot seat → link
Adam and Ash met at a poker table and decided to go into business together. Adam sold cars and boats for years and thought he could sell anything to anyone. Then he learned that this business doesn't need hard sales skills, it needs boundaries and honesty. Ash was the quiet one, the self-described introvert who was nervous answering the phone when they started. Turns out Ash was closing more leads than Adam. Now Ash's wife handles hiring, Adam's father helps with bookkeeping, and the two of them play poker and golf while their businesses run. Ash has also gone all in on learning AI and shares everything he discovers with the group. They are in The Engine ($10K-$25K/month) in one business and The Leap ($0-$10K/month) their second. They mentor The Leap. Watch Ash and Adam's hot seat → link
The RIGHT clients. Not ALL clients.
Nakita worked for a three-letter organisation before she started her cleaning company in March 2020. She used to sneak out to her car to use her phone because she couldn't bring it inside the building. She hit $10K a month in her first year, then her government job took over. She's back now, building again, and the weekly calls are her favourite part of the week. Ours too. She's in The Engine ($10K-$25K/month) and mentors The Leap ($0-$10K/month). Luke found us through a Reddit post and built his cleaning business with his wife Amber, while both working full-time jobs. A few months in, Luke posted that they had made every mistake in the book. That humility is what drew us to them. They joined the Accountability Club. Within six months, Luke quit his job. He's now in The Boring Phase ($25K-$50K/month). Amber still works because she enjoys it, and because now that Luke knows how little there actually is to do, it makes sense for her to keep going while she still loves it. Luke mentors The Engine ($10K-$25K/month) and The Leap ($0-$10K/month), especially the Leap, because he made every mistake in it. Watch Luke and Amber's hot seat → link
STOP Wasting Time with Short Term Cleaning Business Strategies!
Jen is a writer/director, a self-described introvert who never wanted to be on camera. She's a single mum of three and she'll tell you she doesn't know what she would have done without the cleaning company we started together in 2021. She’s terrified of public speaking but loves the weekly Zoom calls. She mentors The Boring Phase ($25K-$50K/month). Jen has lots of videos on our YouTube Channel, focusing mostly on website design, SEO and generating leads (free and paid). Watch one here.
And me, Vic.
I was a Grade 5 teacher. During the pandemic I taught on Zoom for six straight months, burned out and running on empty. Jen and I are also filmmakers. We have a movie on Netflix, Elliot: The Littlest Reindeer, but producing wasn't paying the bills on its own, and teaching was draining every ounce of energy I had left for the work I actually loved.
So Jen and I started Oak Bay Clean in 2021. We had no idea what we were doing. We built it to $2.8M, stopped worrying about getting 9-5 jobs and kept making movies. Now Jen writes full time and I run CCB and still produce, and neither of us loses sleep over the price of gas or milk or, god forbid, avocados. We own our time. Our creativity is the most alive it's ever been. We're happier than we've ever been.
That's why we built this. We know what it costs to stay in a job that's taking everything from you. We also know what's on the other side.
These are the people mentoring in the Inner Circle. Every one of us started with the same questions you have right now.
38 founding spots are taken. 22 are left. Founding enrolment closes March 31, or when all 60 spots are filled.
